Florida Right to Clean Water

They are trying to get a fundamental right to clean water into the Florida Constitution
Our Florida waters are polluted and the State agencies are charge with making sure they are clean. They are not doing their job.
They just started their 2nd campaign, they need to get one million petitions signed in two years
